Brand Hub

What This Module Does

Brand Hub is the brand knowledge center of Workfx AI, designed to centrally manage brand assets, build your Brand DNA, and provide a unified brand context for future content generation, marketing suggestions, and multi-platform operations.

By uploading brand materials, supplementing Q&A information, and configuring platform-specific account personas, the system can better understand your brand positioning, key selling points, target audience, tone of voice, and marketing direction.

The core value of Brand Hub is:

Helping Workfx AI understand your brand more deeply, so it can generate more accurate, consistent, and brand-aligned content and growth suggestions.

What Modules Are Included in Brand Hub

Brand Hub mainly consists of three modules:

1. Knowledge Q&A

Knowledge Q&A is used to collect, supplement, and calibrate your brand’s foundational information.

You can upload brand-related materials here or supplement and revise brand information through conversations. Based on your provided sources and Q&A content, the system will build an initial understanding of your brand and use it to generate and update your Brand DNA.

You can add the following brand sources:

  • Brand website or webpage links

  • Product introductions

  • What are the biggest pain points of our target audience?

  • What kind of content tone fits our brand?

  • What content direction is suitable for a specific platform?
