Content Assistant

Content Assistant helps you start from keyword signals, match real user questions, and batch-generate SEO / GEO content optimized for platforms such as Website Blogs, LinkedIn, and X.

What this does

Content Assistant is the core workflow module inside Workfx AI for SEO / GEO content production.

Powered by AI-driven semantic analysis, user question insights, and structured content generation, it helps you move from keyword signals to understanding real user search intent, then scale content creation across different publishing platforms.

Compared to traditional content production workflows that require switching between multiple tools for keyword research, user question analysis, topic planning, and content writing, Content Assistant combines these steps into one continuous AI content workflow:

Keyword Signals → Prompt Match → Content Generation

The feature helps you:

  1. Discover semantic keyword directions with strong content opportunities

  2. Understand the real questions users care about across search engines and AI platforms

  3. Transform keywords and user questions into actionable content topics

  4. Batch-generate content assets for Blogs, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms

  5. Build SEO & GEO content strategies more efficiently

  6. Reduce manual keyword research, content planning, and multi-platform creation costs

After generation, you can move the content directly into the scheduling workflow and arrange publishing plans inside the Content Schedule panel.

How to use

Step 1: Keyword Signals

In this step, you can select keyword directions suitable for content creation.Using semantic analysis, the system recommends Semantic Clusters related to your product, industry, or target market, helping you discover potential content opportunities from a keyword perspective. You can use this step to:

  1. Identify topics users are actively searching for and paying attention to

  2. Access related semantic keyword groups

  3. Understand how users phrase questions across search and AI-generated answers

  4. Expand SEO & GEO content opportunities

  5. Build a clear direction for later Prompt Match and content generation

If the default recommended semantic clusters do not match your needs, you can also click View More Semantic Groups to explore additional recommendations from the Semantic Library, or add custom semantic groups manually.

The core purpose of this step is:

To first determine which keyword and semantic topic your content should focus on.

Step 2: Prompt Match

Based on the selected keywords and semantic clusters from the previous step, the system further matches potential questions users may ask across search engines, AI answer tools, or content platforms.

These questions represent real user interests, search intent, and decision-making concerns, helping you better understand why users are searching, what problems they want to solve, and what your content should answer.

In this step, you can explore:

  1. User questions related to the current semantic cluster

  2. Common search intent patterns and question structures

  3. A selectable User Question Pool

  4. Potential pain points, comparison needs, and decision concerns

  5. Prompts that can be used for later content generation

You can use the system’s default recommended questions or add additional prompts from the question pool.

In most cases, it is recommended to select 1–3 questions that best match your target users’ needs, allowing the system to generate more focused content topics.

The core purpose of this step is:

To transform keyword directions into real questions users actually ask, making generated content more aligned with search intent and AI recommendation scenarios.

Step 3: Content Generation

Based on the selected keyword signals and user questions, the system generates a set of related content titles.

You can select one or multiple titles and choose corresponding publishing platforms such as Blogs, LinkedIn, or X to batch-generate platform-adapted content assets.

Generated content can include:

  • Anchor Guide

  • Scenario

  • Comparison

  • Deep dive

  • Risk Alert

  • Other Custom content

The core purpose of this step is:

To transform real user questions into publish-ready SEO / GEO content assets.

After content generation is completed, the system automatically redirects to the Content Schedule panel.

You can drag and adjust publishing timelines, then continue arranging multi-platform publishing workflows.
