Configure your Chat Settings.
Chat Settings define top-level instruction and guardrails for your agent. Please. Provide following details to ground the agent in your brand's information:
Brand Name
Website URL (starts with https://)
Relevant information (any additional context to feed the agent)
Click Confirm to save them so you don't need to re-enter for ongoing dialogues under the same Task.
Start a New Task.
Each task in the left panel (can be collapsed) represents a separate dialogue with the agent, with independent information and chat settings. If you prefer the agent to memorize your brand and URL, we'd recommend you stick with the same task.
Create Top Level Evaluation Report and Insights.
Conduct a speedy evaluation on your website with an exportable report.
